Shipping Costs

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment status through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 3–5 business days for tracking information to become active after dispatch.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
LoomiGlow ships from international fulfillment centers. Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in the United States, depending on your state and the value of your order. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
Delays & Lost Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your tracking information shows no update for more than 30 days after dispatch, or if your package appears to be lost, please contact us through our Contact Us page, and we will investigate and work toward a resolution.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. LoomiGlow is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately through our Contact Us page — we can only make changes before the order is dispatched.
