30-Day Return Policy
At LoomiGlow, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.
Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be in its original condition — unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
  • Items that have been used, damaged by misuse, or returned without original packaging.
  • Items returned after the 30-day window has passed.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, you are entitled to a full refund or a free replacement. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide clear photos or a video showing the issue.
Incorrect Items If you received the wrong item, we will send you the correct one at no additional cost, or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please visit our Contact Us page and provide your order number along with the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping
  • For returns due to defects, damage, or incorrect items: LoomiGlow covers the return shipping cost.
  • For returns due to change of mind or personal preference: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled before they are processed for shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately via our Contact Us page.
